Gershwin

George and Ira Gershwin as performed by Janice Martin. She stars
in this high voltage ride through the genius works of Gershwin.
Janice wows her audiences as she shows her virtuosity on violin,
piano and her spectacular soprano voice. She is accompanied by a
jazz trio consisting of piano, drums and bass. |

this remarkable acappella choral ensemble will present a program of
African American spirituals, folk songs from many countries, and songs
by Stephen Foster. This remarkable ensemble has attracted the attention
of National Public Radio, and is dedicated to promoting choral chamber
music and giving the public the opportunity to hear rarely performed

The Little Angels of Korea’s national folk ballet,
is a phenomenal company of 30 outstanding performers formed in 1962
to convey to the people of the world the peace-loving spirit of the
Korean people. They share their beautiful culture and arts inherited
from their ancestors throughout the past 5,000 years in song, dance,
drumming and with colorful costumes and sets. |

Kevin Maynor has a fabulous and sonorous deep bass voice
that is well known in the concert halls and opera houses of the world.
On this tour, he will be performing the repertoire of the famous Paul
Robeson which consists of spirituals, work songs, some Broadway songs
and folk songs. Critics have praised his charismatic stage presence
as will as his superb voice and powerful resonant tone. |

and of course some folk tunes. They will be accompanied by their trio
of violin, piano and bass. |

The Synergy Brass Quintet has emerged as one of the country’s
most exciting brass ensembles. They are highly acclaimed for their
technical virtuosity, outstanding showmanship and diverse programming.
Already in their young career, they have performed in some of the
world’s most prestigious music festivals, including the Ravinia
Music Festival, the Tanglewood Festival and the Boston Early Music
Festival. |
Our
musical Concert Association is a 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code
organization, and its affairs are solely directed by a volunteer Board
of Directors.
